What is loving?
When are you loving?
Have I ever been loving?
I love – so much. I love trees. I love light rain. I love heavy rain. I love that I have so much and so little at this moment in my life.
I love a external condition that may be surrounded in lack as it reminds me: I am human.
When was the last time you loved? Do you love actively? Is your love on a hiatus?
What can you hold – what have you been holding? Do you have room and space for more? What’s your love capacity? Can you hold space safely?
When do you need a break? When does your boundary line come up?
Your love comes from you, and only your heart. It comes from a place both shallow and deep within.
Shallow because you’d help someone walk across the road, shallow because you still hold it for someone who did something nice for you once, shallow because it doesn’t take too much to bring it up. Shallow because I’ve met some of you once and I know already that I love you.
Deep because you’d help someone walk across the road. Deep because you still hold it for someone who did something nice for you once, deep because it doesn’t take too much to bring it up. Deep because I’ve met some of you once and I know already that I love you. Deep because I’ve never forgotten those who I loved. Deep because I have never forgotten those who I have loved – for I still love them.
It takes forms, shapes, styles, attitudes, moods, love takes non-duality and hands it back to you firmly with care – sternly enough that you know to never give it back.
For love has no good – no bad. For life has no good – no bad. It is, what it is. What if you practiced staying humbly in the middle? Sit peacefully on this floating lotus and view your life events for what they are. For they are nothing just as much as they are something.
For your soul loves you, that’s why it does it’s best to protect you in ways you may find unfair and unfit. In ways you may find sabotage you – for isn’t sabotage the highest form of self-protection? What does my heart do? It loves me – it protects me. It saves me from negative actions. It knows better.
Without conditions there is validation
To listen – to really listen, there is truth to be honoured
To listen – to really listen, there are emotions to understand
To set yourself aside, and listen to someone, there is love.
To put yourself first, and listen to yourself, there is love.
With love and laughter and all that good shit,
Whitney
